[Gmsh] Creating wing grid from airfoil sections

Hello

I have the description of a wing in terms of its cross-sections (airfoil)
which changes along the length of the wing. What is the best way to describe
the wing geometry in gmsh ? I have done simpler grids before but never a
wing-type geometry.
