[Gmsh] Boundary layer extrusion in curved surface

Hi
I was trying to create the boundary layers in cylinder type body. Extrusion
was done above the surface. But its looks strange. When viewed from front
view, extrusion was not done properly. I mean the problem occurs at the
junction between two surfaces. Can you help me to sort out the extrusion
along the curved surface. I have attached the files.
