[Gmsh] mesh problem on a cylinder

Hello to everybody!
I have found two simple examples with cylindric symmetry, where the mesh
module of gmsh doesn't perform a 3D mesh. I have tried with different
meshing algorithms and changing the element size factor, but I haven't been
able to obtain a 3D mesh.
See the brep files, where the geometry is kept and the output files, where
the outgoing info is saved.
