Gmsh is getting better for me every day! Too bad dolfyn does not
have this particular feature YET...

The status on the interface: everything works well but the dolfyn
preprocessor needs to be adapted/changed. Up until now the solver
did not care about the order of the boundaries ('physical
surfaces') in order to feed back the results the order needs to be
the same (especially since I'm thrilled by Jean-Francois Remacle's
madlib).

I noticed that the (named) 'physical surfaces' allways come first
and then the 'physical volumes'. That means that once the boundary
order is retained no maps are necessary. This even should work if
the 'physical surfaces' and 'physical volumes' are mixed.

Only one tiny remark: MAdLib will only work for tetrahedral or
triangular meshes (according to the site). In the CFD world one
loves, well needs, to use prisms along (important) walls. So a hint
on the future development?

Thanks guys! Happy Easter!
