[Gmsh] Reproducible crash with big files

Dear Developers,

Thank you for your great software. My gmsh crashes reproducible, when
i'm viewing big files (190MB ASCII).
I load my files with all views by default hidden. Then if I show one
view and hide it again, before showing an other view it crashes. I had
that bug with smaller files too, but there it occurred only after
several show/hide clicks... If I show the second view first, and then
try to show the first view, same behavior.

What can I do, to provide you a more detailed bug report? My version
is the current 2.3.1, Build OS CYGWIN_NT-5.1-no-cygwin, but I
encountered the bug in previous versions too.
