[Gmsh] pdf export problem with colors

Dear all and developers,

In the attachments, there is a small script provided by Christophe 
Geuzaine to print some results from Gmsh in the pdf format. However with 
gmsh 2.3.0, the colors in the exported pdf seems to be corrupted. There 
are no problems on the representation of the displacement pattern but at 
some parts of the mesh(or on most of it) the color representation 
becomes corrupted as mentioned above. Is there a way around this 
problem? I am sending a small post-processing file for your check.
