[Gmsh] Gmsh 2.2.5 crashes on use of 2nd order elements (no optimization)

Gmsh goes through the 3D meshing and AFAIK I then have tetrahedral
elements. I am not too familiar with the commandline arguments you are
using but are you not only doing a 2D mesh?
Might that explain it?
