[Gmsh] mesh generation

Dear Sirs.

I have a problem when crossing from surface mesh to volume mesh in Gmsh.
I'm using Gmsh 2.2.4 version. It seems that Gmsh is not able to 
recognize volumes in the surface mesh attached (56.stl.tar.gz). Also i 
attach the starting CAD file (TOLOMEO LED.stp.tar.gz) where i took a 
section to create the surface mesh.
