[Gmsh] distribution of gmsh

Dear Madam or Sir

I am working at the institute for material science and plastics processing of the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil, Switzerland. At our institute, we have developed a tool for fill simulations of resin transfer molding processes. The program will be probably be distributed under the GNU license, and it will have an interface to gmsh, to mesh iges & step files.

Is it possible (legal) to distribute our software and gmsh in one pakage to simplify the installation? Or do you / the license require separated downloads of gmsh and our software?
