[Gmsh] Mesh without physical

Hi,

In version 1.65, when the mesh was saved without physical (save all) , the 
number of physical entity of each element was set to the number of 
elementary geometrical entity.
In version 2.2, the number of physical entity is now set to zero even if a 
message asked if we wanted to "save all (ignore physical entity)".

Is that behavior normal?
