[Gmsh] C++ IDE for compiling Gmsh under Windows XP

I have attached a test project and I am able to debug without problems.

Notice the lines in the .dev project file
UseCustomMakefile=1
CustomMakefile=Makefile

I used some libraries too for demonstration. I use the boost and QT
libraries a lot.

Makefile is simple (notice the g3 CFLAGS for enabling debuggin):

CFLAGS = -I$(BOOSTLIBDIR) -g3
LDFLAGS = -L$(BOOSTLIBDIR)\stage\lib -lboost_regex-mgw34-d-1_34_1
BOOSTLIBDIR = C:\boost_1_34_1
SRCS = main.cpp
OBJS = main.o
all: TestProject

$(OBJS): $(SRCS)
    $(CC) $(CFLAGS) -c $*.cpp

TestProject: $(OBJS)
    $(CC) -o $@ $(OBJS) $(LDFLAGS)
