Looks like the CAD cleaning does not like your IGES file. If you don't
do the cleaning, the file appears to be empty: try e.g.
gmsh 57244015-frame-4.igs -string
"Geometry.OCCFixSmallEdges=0;Geometry.OCCFixSmallFaces=0;"
