[Gmsh] earth model

Dear Gmsh Gurus,

As an early year Gmsh lover, I keep looking for its new features.
So I tried the new demo file "gen_earth_100km.geo" after downloading
gshhs_1.6.zip.
But this only produces 2 vertices..... :o(
Is there something special to do????
