[Gmsh] Problem with the 3-D mesh of a cylinder

Dear Prof. Geuzaine,

I am trying to create the first-order tetrahedral mesh
for the cylinder geometry which is attached to this
email as "Cylinder_Nilufer.geo". 

I get the following error:
"ERROR: Edge 1 - 9 multiple times in surface mesh". 
The gmsh error file is also attached to this email. 

I am pretty new in using gmsh and not sure how to
interpret this error at this point. I will appreciate
your help.
