[Gmsh] Bug report: Option '3D' in plugin Annotate begins with a digit

Hello,

The parser is unhappy if I try to modify option 3D in the plugin 
Annotate with

   Plugin(Annotate).3D = 1;

The problem is of course that the option name begins with a digit.

Can you change the name into ThreeD?
