[Gmsh] Extrude Line by rotation

now it works. This an example of extruding a point (translation) then the
extruding the resulting line (rotation) and then extruding the resulting
surface (translation).
Ex:
-----------------------------------------------------------
lc = 1;
Point(1) = {0,0,0,lc};
l[] = Extrude {1,0,0} {Point{1}; Layers{4};};
s[] = Extrude {{0,1,0},{0,0,0},Pi}{ Line{l[1]}; Layers{3}; };
v[] = Extrude {0,1,0} { Surface{s[1]}; Layers{5}; };
