Hi
a beginners question about the mesh file format.
I took the first 4 lines of the elements in the tutorial t1.msh (generated under windows).
To me it seems like elements 3 and 4 (type1) should have 3 tags but there is one number too much it seems.
I suppose in element 3 the tags are 99, 1 and 0: what is the 1 before 5, if 5 is the node number list?
Element 80 shows 6 integers after the numberoftags=3, what are the 4th and 5th representing if the 6th is the nodenumberlist?
$Elements
821
1 15 2 1 1 1
2 15 2 1 2 2
3 1 3 99 1 0 1 5
4 1 3 99 1 0 5 6
79 1 3 99 4 0 88 1
80 2 3 100 6 0 98 46 45
81 2 3 100 6 0 13 14 99
82 2 3 100 6 0 92 111 112
thanks for helping me getting started,
August Winkelman, Delft
