[Gmsh] compiling Gmsh using Mingw/Msys

Hi, 

 

Can you tell me how to build Gmsh in windows using Mingw/Msys , I am
currently using Dev c++ as the editor and Mingw as in built compiler....

 

Will I be able to compile the source ????

 

 

Also can I build Gmsh source from windows using Visual Studio ???
