[Gmsh] Bug in Gmesh

Daniel - Your choice of mesh sizes will lead to a huge mesh.
Using the latest version of Gmsh and multiplying all sizes by 3
("-clscale 3" on the command line) leads to about 2 million tets.
You can thus expect 2*3^3 ~ 50 million tets with your original
parameters. This is probably to big for your machine...
