Dear all,

Regarding the email: "Documentation on Quality Histograms" send by  Jacques 
Kools on June 2005. I have the same question about the physical meaning of: 
rho, eta, gamma factors. 

The response to this email was to look at "Mesh/Simplex.cpp" for the exact 
definition. Could you please tell me where to find the "Mesh/Simplex.cpp".
