[Gmsh] quadrilateral / hexa elements

Here is a .geo file defining a sphere meshed entirely with hexahedra 
using Transfinite Lines/Surfaces/Volumes. The "Transfinite" stuff is a 
bit cumbersome but you might find it useful.
