[Gmsh] Code submission.

Hi,

How does one go about submitting code? Is there a CVS/development version to work against?

I've written some code (against the 1.56.0 release code) to make providing command line options to solvers more flexible. Not too substantial but useful to me, and maybe others. 

eg. Can now do something like: 
Solver.SocketCommand1="-socket=%s"
Solver.NameCommand1="-name=%s"

Let me know if this would be useful.
