[Gmsh] Error Using GMSH on MS2000 w/ 71022 Nodes & 10101 Elements, WhileAttempting 70,000 Elements

It's maybe a Cygwin memory limitation.
You will have to add the following key in your registry :
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cygnus Solutions\Cygwin]
"heap_chunk_in_mb"=dword:00000400
and adjust the value in function of the amount of physical RAM you have.
