[Gmsh] Possible bug in Gmsh!

Dear GMSH users,

I attach a file witch it works, less the last line. Why? The problem appear when I try to make a 2D mesh of 
the design.

I don't know if is a bug or not but I will send it to can tell me what and why I have the error.
