[Gmsh] Windows version of gmsh

Dear Cristophe,

Is it possible to create a command line version of windows gmsh for the
generation of the mesh. On Linux the command line version is OK, on windows
however it is a real windows program that is disconnected from the dos box
when you call gmsh with the -2 switch. This makes it somewhat difficult to
make a loop of calls to gmsh and getdp (you would have to check if gmsh is
still running before starting a new call to getdp).
