FYI: I've added a couple of new graphical user interface tutorials on 
the web site:

* http://geuz.org/gmsh/doc/gui_tutorial_2/ shows several methods to
visualize data sets on deformed grids;

* http://geuz.org/gmsh/doc/gui_tutorial_3/ shows how to use
post-processing plugins.

I've also reworked the first tutorial to make it shorter:

* http://geuz.org/gmsh/doc/gui_tutorial/ shows how to create a simple 2D
geometry and how to generate a mesh
