[Gmsh-announce] 1.51 update

I have uploaded an updated 1.51 build on the web site, which should fix
all the (fairly minor) bugs reported since 1.51 was released last week.
This new build also contains a new plugin to extract arbitrary
components from vector/tensor fields, as well as new raster PS/PDF
output formats.

As usual, you can download the new version from http://geuz.org/gmsh/.
