[gl2ps] Replacing "baseline-shift" by "dy" in svg output

Hi,

The vertical alignment of text elements in svg output is currently
implemented through the "baseline-shift" attribute. As neither Firefox nor
librsvg has implemented this attribute, I was wondering if using "dy" would
be suited.
