[gl2ps] unmatched parenthesis in text strings

Hi,

When a text string that contains an unmatched parenthesis is provided to
gl2psText, it is currently written as is in the output eps/ps file. This
produces invalid files. See this bug report in Octave tracker [1].

As I said in the report I would be inclined to fix this in gl2ps rather
than in the calling program. I you agree with this I probably can provide a
patch for gl2ps that will escape any unmatched parenthesis.
