[Getdp] Multi cores

Hello,

I have some questions about the compilation of GetDP.

When I use the linux 64bit nightly build with Petsc solver, The solver 
uses all the cores of the processor.
When I recompile myself on linux GetDP, Petsc uses only one core even if 
I add MPI in Cmake. How to activate the parallelization ?

For the Windows 64bit nightly build, It seems that only one core is 
used. What is the difference ?

I need a version of GetDP on linux and Windows with multiharmonic 
activated that's why I need to recompile It.
