[Getdp] problem compiling PETSc on Windows 7 64-bit

Hello,

the problem is solved : I throwed windows 7 out of the computer and I 
installed Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit instead.
Now I have the latest version of Gmsh and GetDP  compiled from the svn.
And bash ...
