[Getdp] Tangential Laplacian

Dear Patrick & Christophe,
I've succeeded in solving the Helmholtz equation for pressure with Robin
(impedance or mixed) boundary conditions with GetDP. I would like to
incorporate viscous losses at the boundary which is basically a surface
integral of the tangential Laplacian:
int_{surface} nabla_{tan}^2*p(x)*phi(x) dO,
where nabla_tan^2 is the tangential Laplacian, p(x) is the unknown pressure
and phi(x) is the test function. I've read your reference manual and all
possible blog entries but I haven't found anything. Is it possible to
implement this into GetDP?
