[Getdp] latest cvs version failed to compile on fc11

Hi,
I am trying to install latest version on fc11
I had to patch the source (see attached file).
I have a problem compiling with petsc 2.3.3-p15

With options do you use for petsc?
Can we use the pestc 3.0.0 ?
