[Getdp] Method of characteristics

Dear all,

I'm still playing around with this wonderful piece of software. Right  
now I was planning on doing something with the 'method of  
characteristics'. While looking at some things on the internet I  
encountered that some FEM packages have this as an extra feature.

Did anyone do anything like that using GetDP or is there maybe a  
simple example how to implement this in a program.
